Although really the reason I wanted to link the article is that it helpfully lets Americans know that "Canadians are proud of their state-funded health care system." No, we aren't really. First we're thinking about actually having states. Once we get THAT issue tied down, then we'll look into a state-funded health care system and get around to being proud of it. In the meantime, we get by with being proud of our provincially-funded health care system.
